The Competition Law and Economics European Network (CLEEN) is a joint effort of several academic institutions in Europe. CLEEN has provided an interdisciplinary platform for researchers in the field of law and economics since its first research workshop in Bonn in 2007. CLEEN organizes an annual conference for Ph.D. students and postdoctoral researchers from economics and law to present their work on competition and receive feedback from senior faculty members.
MaCCI hosts the 2023 CLEEN Conference. Helena Perrone, Francisco Poggi, and I have taken over the organizing committee. The conference takes place on May 25-26, 2023 at ZEW Mannheim. More information to follow.
MaCCI IO Days
The MaCCI IO Day is an annual workshop for members of the departments of law and economics at the University of Mannheim as well as ZEW Mannheim to present current theoretical and empirical research in the field of industrial organization, in its full variety of shades and colors. I have been coordinating the Day since 2019.

Mannheim Virtual IO Seminar
I am co-organizing (with Eleftheria Triviza) a virtual seminar series with papers dedicated to a specific topic:
The MaCCI Law & Economics conference series provides a platform for exchange and discussion among academic researchers and practitioners in public authorities, legal counsel, and economic consultancies. The goal is to stimulate and disseminate research in the field of innovation policy, competition, market design, and regulation. I co-organized the 2019 conference (the topic was “Intellectual Property Proceedings”) jointly with Lea Tochtermann, Department of Law at the University of Mannheim. Find the program here.
